Driven by seeing others win, Tejay holds an extensive 15+ year history involving intricacies of accounting, financial planning, tax preparation, and top-down SME consulting and continuously leverages that dynamicity to help business leaders (and their teams) achieve what they desire the most: growth and time.

Born and raised in a small-town upbringing outside of the Cincinnati tri-state area, Tejay learned early on the innate value of resilience, loyalty, and possessing a strong work ethic. With this as his base, it ultimately became the catalyst for him to join the US Military, proudly protecting his country for 6 years with a notable deployment to Kosovo from 2004 to 2005. Upon being honorably discharged, Tejay later tapped into his second passion for business relations and numbers, earning a BBA in Accounting, an MBA in Operations Management, along with several coinciding certifications.

Fast forward to today, Tejay has spent the last 15+ years working within the manufacturing landscape, specializing heavily in P&L management, internal controls, high-performing accounting, and exceeding operational goals while maintaining profitability. Now taking that with him to the business consulting space, Tejay has since intertwined his near two decades of department-wide experiences and history in accounting leadership to form Asbury Consulting Group in 2022 – offering tailored guidance, cultivating viable paths forward, and proving that any organization can succeed with the right blend of loyal partnership, healthy baseline shifts, and encouraging motivation.

Overall, nothing makes Tejay happier than helping businesses excel and delivering teams the full-scale support they deserve to solidify a sustainable future. From startup guidance, accentuating accounting lifecycles to financial relations, he has a genuine passion for making pipeline processes run smoothly and doing so all while ensuring everyone involved has nothing but positive experiences. Free time? In the end, Tejay loves what he does and is always staying updated with the best practices to ensure his clients receive the concierge services and results they deserve. However, when he is not working, you can usually find him working on vintage cars, vacationing, hunting, playing guitar, and above all, spending time with his wife and three kids.
